Oh I certainly am NOT up on purpose. I am one of those that once woken I cannot go back to sleep.
With hubs on call job needs that means every other week (and often even when not on call) I get woken a lot.
Naps? Yeah not good at those either. :rolleyes:

I am sitting here planning the redo of the front garden beds.
 
I used to be on call, they had a rotating list, but it wasn't mandatory to answer. But since I was the head Union steward, and we were supposed to provide coverage, I always answered. I have no idea how I did that now.

It was so bad I would ask if they had gone down the list. Sometimes they just called me because they knew I would answer.:rant
Did pay off because my retirement was based on the 4 highest years.

I worked pm restaurant shifts for over 10 years. Certainly did not help me become a morning person 🤦‍♀️


1 flight done and 1 to go. Woman ahead of me in the security line had a bag of brusselsprouts in her carryon bag. Color me intrigued.
