Lol Tilly is definitely not having eating issues anymore, chunky is a good thing and Miss River is still doing puddle impressions I see.
Good to see big, happy,healthy girls.

They are doing well. I was a bit surprised that at last vet visit with Tilly she was a bit chunky. More time outside should fix that. She is mostly over her panic attacks when I step out of sight.

River....well she is gigantic! She is 8 months now and taller than Tilly. I think she is a bit lighter than her yet.

Day is improving sorta, ordered derp chow that the price has happily dropped on a little bit 20 bucks for 50 lbs isn't too bad.Derp chow
I got two before they jack it back up.
Then I gathered eggs, got one weirdo.
Looks like it is going to be a mixed bag all day long.

It definitely made me happy that she recovered and then a bit from the nightmare.

That is an "interesting" egg.... Is it ridged or just 2 colors....my old eyes cannot tell for sure.
I get a couple weird eggs.....one blue layer is adding calcium to the small end of the eggs....every egg. I think it is my elderly Brahma giving me an odd wrinkled egg every now and then. Then there are body checked eggs after the hawk hangs out.

Yup. Skinny, isn't much bigger than the day it hatched.

What the heck could be causing it?

I think it was my incubator I started most of one group of my eggs in my less reliable incubator (same as my guineas) since I didn't have room in my Brinsea. I'm REALLY considering buying a 56 egg brinsea so I can count on it.
