Holy moly!!

ERMAGERD!! You all living where it is humid are tougher than me by far.

It is 80° and 52% humidity here. I am DYING trying to do anything outside.
I know I am super late planting some stuff but I did it anyway and will pray for a late fall.
Put in today....
100 red onions
40' of sweet corn
8' of pole beans and just 4' of cucumbers

I was sweating like a wanted felon in a traffic stop.

Its 73 and 40% humidity here. It is absolutely gorgeous!

A big yes to 73°....a big NO to humidity! I am more acclimated to humidity of 20% or below.

In the summer of 2000, my family was at the grand canyon for 8-9 days. It was over 90 ever day but the humidity was below 10-15%. I LOVED it. I totally understand the "But it is a dry heat" statement. It rarely gets below 60% here in the summer, even during a drought.

Right after Jaffar was clean and dry, he headed strait for a dust bath. Oh well.

Less here too Bob, but it might be due to the nutty weather we have had pushing everything back.

I seem to have less this year, but still about a half dozen. I've got one hen who will hover about a foot in front of my face and chirp at me. I like to think she's thanking me for the food & flowers, but then again she could just be telling me off.

81 degrees and 51 percent humidity it feels good compared to what is coming for July, August, and September those are awful months!
