Its her nails. She's not rough on the couch on purpose. Her nails are all black so terrifying to trim plus she absolutely hates it. She'll jump up on the couch and just pop threads.@FlyingNunFarm This is what I am thinking of.

I use fleece I got at Joanns on sale. If trying that check out the remnant bin. You can often find nearly 2 yard pieces at 50% off whatever the sale price is. For example a yard of normally $20 fleece would be $10. This time of year they are running a HUGE fleece sale 50-60% off so that $20 piece ends up costing $5.
Oh and fleece is already 5' wide so 2 yards is 5'x6'.
Piiizzzzaaaa......I'm in an anti inflammatory diet for my Crohn's. It sucks sometimes. Sometimes I just want a normal burger or Pizza!!!!
I wish I could cut back on carbs. I swear that’s all I eat. I don’t even mean to. I just naturally gravitate towards it. Even fruit has carbs! I used to make smoothies for breakfast with only berries, half a banana and plain yogurt. Then I added up the calories for that. Ready? 600!! How?! Now I just eat the plain yogurt with honey and maybe a couple of berries. I refuse to calculate the calories anymore. Lol!Too late. All I did was cut back on carbs and drink lots of water.

Have you tried Indian food? I know, it seems like a dumb question, but if you look at the anti inflammatory foods most of them are used in Indian cooking.
