But, does it stay on? I have had many dells. When they get warm, the board that is dying, that runs the screen, craps out. Sometimes I only got 2 minutes, sometimes 2 hours. Tech here replaced it cost: $75. including labor. My Dell was so old, parts are almost free from other dead Dells.:(
This is an All-in-one machine with a touch screen. I've left it on for weeks at a time. I probably should power it down more often.
Oh i'd kill to be that tall.
You probably get way better air quality than I do down here.:D
It's not all sunshine and rainbows. Proper length pants and long sleeves are impossible to find unless I get something 3 sizes too big. Plus I'm always whacking my head on things other people don't even think about.
It's not at all unusual for someone to ask me to grab something off the top shelf. It's the bottom shelf that kills me. :gig
Same here, although not as often since I've had kids. I guess people think I have my hands full. The bottom shelf is annoying. I also hate crawl spaces. I can't bring myself to actually do more than poke my head under our house on the tall side even though it is 4.5ft high at that end.
That is where all the good sale stuff is! Just extra stock on top. Why do they make us get on our knees for the sale price?
They put the more pricey stuff at shoulder level so it is easier to grab. Of course that is rib height on me.

My pants and sleeves have 3 to 6" cuffs.... but I guess that's better than 6 inches of bare skin :barnie

Oh rub it in..:)

Chicky, I'm only a couple inches taller than Rae.

Seriously, the other option is climbing shelves like a spider monkey.
They frown on that. :D
anyone tall enough to reach top shelf at the grocery store is my shopping buddy! 5'2" here

Yep, we put ya'll cloud sniffers to work.

The head whacking does not sound like fun.
The clothing though, you're tall enough nobody is going to say jack about what you wear if they are smart.
The other side is cartoon clothes and light up shoes forever.

Yeah, my short friends and sister (she's 5'1", the joke is I stole her 6 inches) say they have just as much trouble finding clothes. BUT yes, you guys can hem them.

Yeah, but I like my ankles and wrists to stay warm in the winter.

Yeah, that has to be annoying. However, my age and shoe size were the same for 4 years (9, 10, 11, 12). Thankfully they stopped growing after that. Now I have a hard time finding nice looking shoes in my size. When I wore heels (don't wear anything more than a kitten or a 1inch boot heel now, my feet can't take it) I literally used to go to the tranny/hooker shoe stores.

We are pretty boned on either side Rae, seriously I don't know what proportions you have to be now to just go shop and not look crazy when you're done.
The shoe thing, over the last ten or so years I can actually find heels due to the let your kid dress like an adult trend.
I haven't sized up since I was 13, im waiting for more feet but they aren't coming.
They are getting wider, that sort of counts.
