Last time I bought hardware cloth I got a 100 foot roll of 4 feet wide.

I will have to see what I can get. My feed store is opening and setting up a second store so lots of stuff is sketchy right now there.....
I will have to look around quite a bit.

Good morning! I overslept baaad!!!
Nobody died but it is absolutely pouring out there and I couldn't find my raincoat so im soaked and the littles are not happy with me at all!
I do still leave them food and water in the coop though, mainly for Homer's sake the little pigs had emptied that right out.
Bigs were not impressed either, but judging by how much Hobo weighs I could oversleep a week straight and they'd not starve.

Thanks guys! Today is going to be kinda crappy as far as a birthday goes. I had to go shopping this morning. The original plan was to go shopping while on an eat out date with DH tonight, but he was offered work, So we decided to postpone my birthday date to next week so he could make some money. Not that we are hurting for money, but we are trying to get out of debt. I also have to clean house some today, by myself. DH worked last night, slept for three hours, got up this morning to take his CDL test (he passed ), and is now sleeping before going to work. The reason why I have to clean is my sister is coming Monday night so she can be here when my mom has the horse that was her first horse put down on Tuesday. He's old and disn't keep weight well over last winter and will cost at least $300-$500 a month to keep moving forward. So they decided it is his time. I just need to clean so I can show off the house without embarrassment. With two kids, things kinda slip through your fingers. On the upside, my mom is making dinner, so that is one thing I do not have to do!

Hubs helped me with the apron. We used chicken wire....I know, I know.....but I already had it and about 40 long narrow head edging staples.

Hubs got Bitty's feeder installed while I worked on the nest box door latch and handle.

Does anyone know where on earth I put my tub of hooks and eyes? I need one for the little vent above the pop door.

Bitty and crew will be in the new spot before sundown.

I tend to leave things near where I used them last or near the tools I used with them.

I bought 4 packs of stamps around last Christmas.... when I finished the first one I couldn't find 3 come spring... I bought more, though for sure they would show up, nope not yet
