Yes, if thats a good idea. It would only be trussing for the roof though. So that whole part of the run wont change. Does that make sense? I am terrible at explaining stuff

What are the dimensions of the coop. Just need floor measurements. You may need wall studs in order to support a roof.

Studs are just 2x4's that are vertical just like inside a human house wall. Since you are not going up a HUGE amount and your floor span is 3' (roof trusses will end up roughly 5-6') you should have enough in scraps to add them.
