Shooot it is monday isn't it?

Yup. Looks like it will be Monday all day too.

Mondays I do the mopping, laundry and wash walls. No fun.

Today I get the added bonus of trying to keep the malamutes from trying to kill each other. They had a solid fight requiring physical intervention Friday evening. We will see if they can behave for this old woman.

On the egg front, we got 55 last week... My girls have never laid this early in the year.

On top of it being monday, it just started pouring down rain here.

Bob my grass is already greening up too, normally that is a end of February thing we lost a month somewhere.
And iv'e got bluebirds coming back checking out houses.

I hate it when its Monday all day

I cant imagine a fight inside the house with five giant dogs. Scary. Weve only ever had one dog at a time. The cats are bad enough.

I hope the bunnies become fast friends

Luckily it happened in the basement so only 2 dogs involved. The others were definitely upset by it but that is way better than participating in it.

I am however not above tackling a dog like a linebacker to break up a fight.
They better behave today.

The one thing that irks me about rainy days is instead of camping out in the coop the herd camps out under the porch and pecks the house all day.
I know they're clearing out spiders and crickets but jeeze it gets loud.
They dust bathe under there too so if it isn't pecking they're kicking, throwing rocks.
It was bad before I added 12 kids, now it sounds like im keeping a prisoner under there.
