For those with boots that don't keep your feet warm, try getting a size or two larger if you're going to wear thicker/heavier socks. If the insulation gets compacted you end up losing the layer of air trapping space the insulation is supposed to provide. Think of it like your house, if you flatten all of your insulation the place will get cold. That's why the insulation has a lot of air space in it.

The boots I have were a half size too big. I thought maybe extra insoles would make them warmer. Nope, have to wear 2 pairs of socks

Sunday night going into Monday will be absolutely disgustingly cold at a forecasted -16.

I dont see us dropping below zero on the 10 day . The feels like is 9 right now. Happily sitting in my chair with a lap blanket right now . Cant wait until lunch when I freeze my fingers just grabbing the feed scoop Gloves are not working. My fingers are much colder with them on
