I had hens flogging each other, Hobo fell off the roost because she's unbalanced when she's naked.
Poor Ethel's butt looks like a porcupine.

Lulu is losing some face fluff so she's winking all the time.

I am seeing feathers in the run here too.
So far only Mandy is visibly altered with no tail to speak of. Rudy is definitely crankier though.

Strangely I chose chores over nap 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maybe Im learning my lessons about doing stuff while you have the chance, in this case prepping for winter. I don't want to clean stuff when its 40° out 🤣
We just figured out that a bale of hay fits into a giant plastic tub I had :celebrate Next step is to remember the lid. Someday I too will conquer mold. Maybe.
