I came in to find hubs sitting in the tub just watching Homer scratch around in the junk he dumps out of his pockets when he gets home from work.

The temp indoor bunny is doing well, I think. His eye is still bruised and he just wont let us get a very good look at his chin. I have managed to get some Neosporin on it, but i believe it may be infected. I dont have $200+ for the vet and I highly doubt he would let me lance it. Its gonna be a game of wait and see Im afraid.

Wrap him up in a towel. Warm wet compress first, might break open on it's own.
I had to lace uncooperative cats by myself. Make sure it's in an area that's easily cleaned and wear glasses. If it's under pressure it can be like a fountain.

Thats disgusting . But a good reminder. I can barely trim the cats’ claws by myself, I couldn't imagine lancing one I will give it my best shot. Definitely doing this outside though. Thanks!

Wow! It is Hot out there! I had to come back in and put an ice pack on my head. It says 85°, but feels much hotter. Im putting away gardening stuff and deciding whether to wash the pots now or do it in the spring. Ive never really bothered with this before because I didnt know you should. I always just stored them outside as-is and reused by just knocking out the loose dirt.
