Official Squatch Watchers

We have snow flurries, the child was excited! We stopped at the refuge boat ramps because he thought the water may be frozen solid. Naw dawg! He tapped it with his feet, only the surface was frozen. He threw rocks in to break the ice and slid them across the frozen top. Fun boy time.

I went through a long bout of depression, put on a good 70+ pounds and have fibro and CFS. It's taking time, but I am slowly getting better. I definitely DO seem to always be sick.. but it's not just a cold, or the sniffles, or a migraine, etc etc.
:hugs It sucks. I have a list too. The husband asked my goals for 2018 and I said not to feel depressed and not to hurt.

Depression sucks. It never seems to go completely away. Just lurks waiting to pounce. I had a long bout of it in FL after Dad died, Aunt died, Mom with dementia. Almost sent me over the edge. Plus those recurring ear infections and sinus infections. Luckily we moved here and i am enjoying life again. The animals really help me.

Depression is one thing, or even bipolar, but to add pain to it, the days can be unbearable.

Yeah, after i fell on my knees i put up with the pain for a month. Turns out i had a deep bone bruise. Still not recovered. I can't sit on the floor any more. But anti inflammatory pills and heating pad are helping. I just hope it heals up completely.
