First day in over a week the chickens can get out and not freeze and its raining on the poor things. Roo probably likes getting some of his oil washed off. Oh, and I'm going to have trouble soon, caught Lulu stealing eggs....pre broody tater.

The one that originally had blisters on his points is doing better but now the other got blisters....@FlyingNunFarm,how's your roosters comb doing with the coconut oil? Is it still discolored or is he healing?

I did not opt for the $105 to send off for testing. After talking to the Silkie breeder she says there is a college about a hour away that does Necropsy and testing for $35 or free, she couldn’t remember. She has sent a cow or something there. Next time, I will do that.
