I posted earlier this morning, but that is okay. I went to check on her this morning and she was dead. I didn’t think she would make it. Since hubby is gone, I brought the other 5 babies in. They have their heat lamp and a full window of a non-sunny day.

One of the perks of being high pitched deaf is the little boogers don’t wake me.

We had a raccoon and it took my dad 9 shots with the shotgun for it to die. And he ended up destroying his cage from all the gun shot blasts. Those things are beasts.

I was afraid of messing up the cage or hitting one of the solid metal plates in the trap and having it ricochet. My dad told me if I ever caught a coon again I should just let him take care of it with his .17 HMR
