I didn’t feel an egg. She evacuated black chunks, that was in her poop in the pictures.

I am "lucky" hubby doesn't mind chopping their heads off. Lately they have been just not waking up. I check in the morning and they are dead. Luckily they all look pretty similar so i have not named any of them.

You can try a warm epsoms salt bath or try to help ease it out. A warm bath might be relaxing for her regardless.

I have watched the video of putting the chicken upside down in the cone, cutting the jugular and cutting their brain through the roof of their mouth. How do y’all do it???

Sesame didn’t like the water at first, but she relaxed and I stroked her head and back. I think we both could have slept all night. It was so relaxing.

Use lube, or oil.
Well you would be feeling ever so gently
for "an egg in its shell"
Or shell fragments-sharp bits
Or something lumpy (lash egg)
Or if you close your eyes your, your fingers will see better-I swear, I do this with mama dogs when they have a puppy stuck-
You'll feel the wall around your finger, kind of hugging it, or maybe an area of openness (possibly) downward, you might be able to detect what feels like globules (yolks)

I hold the chicken with its wings tight against the body. Put the head across a block of wood. Using a sharp hatchet, chop the head off. I do not let go until the movement stops. Some people put the chickens head under a broom and give a hard yank on the legs so the neck is broken.
