I agree! The coop is so nice!

I was going to use it as a brooder but ended up putting 5 birds in it to separate my Ameraucanas from my barnyard chickens

I'm going to build a new coop and move them to see if things change. I really like that little coop though

I don't see why you don't just paint it inside.

Oh ok. I get that having multiple coops or a seperate coop for brooding can be really useful. So if that is why you are building something new I can understand. But I don't think you should give up on that coop altogether cause I think it is really nice. There should be chickens in it

Or take out the bedding and try pdz or sand instead.

I will try that when it warms up because I don't have anywhere to put them. Don't want to get them sick from paint fumes

Well you could build a chicken tractor and use that while the paint dries. And then later you could use the tractor for young birds.

I've done more to it since. Flower boxes, signs, a covered deck, metal roof, and a old pipe chimney for a vent
