I would agree with not shooting in the dark in most cases. If she’s really sick though it could be what saves her. Sometimes a guess and our gut is all we have.

Both my girls are taller than me. It's great bc they can reach high up stuff and clothes shopping is a bit easier..

Poor babies...I made the pilgrimage to the closest TSC yesterday and bought chicken goodies: A bale of straw (first time using it, to bulk up the coops), more feed, scratch, mealies (they have a good sale on them going right now!), pine shavings, and Blue-Kote (just in case, ya know, the BBC with the frostbite).

I love TSC. I can't wait till they open the new one by us.(the outside is completed!)

And the grand opening usually has good deals and a % off sale.

My tiny human is diseased again.. Blisters on the back of get throat. Going to let the chickens out.. Apparently I dropped my house keys in there yesterday. Dug around, but couldn't find them... Yay for warmer weather though!

I haven’t noticed any odors while kissing and snuggling, I have not opened her beak to smell. I don’t use ACV because I use nipple drippers and I assume they would rust??? I have been putting Rooster Booster (Vitamins, Electrolytes, Lactobacillus) in their water every other day or so. I gave the Silkie some NutriDrench in her water last night.

Poor tiny human. That sounds miserable!!! I hope you find poop free keys.

What's in the rooster booster as far as vitamins? How long on the vitamins?
It is possible to get to much of a good thing.

Like vitamin C humans get rid of the extra but many other vitamins build up in the system.

I picked it up at TSC. I have been putting some in their water since it has been cold. 2-3 times a week, when I think about it.
