Official Squatch Watchers

:hugs to Cappy and the loss of another chicken.

:hugs to Rae and the MD, take your time, know you are loved and come back when you can.

:hugs to everyone else who is struggling now. 2018 didn't seem to start off *right*... almost like getting out of bed on the wrong side. Things WILL get better!!!!

Made some applesauce today, to try out the new Tattler lids. I'll know for sure in the morning if they worked, testing them on 4 pint jars. We only made enough for 4.5 pints. I've never had applesauce as good as the one I just made. No joke. We are not an applesauce family... but the DH and the PIC both LOVE it!! We had some grain free pound cake with the applesauce with it for dessert tonight. YEOWCH!!

Tired. Going to bed early. Night all! xoxox
Good night Smuv, sleep well!

That works too, I've done it. Seems to promote swelling though. Back and forth is definitely the worst thing possible to do. Poor things thaw out a bit then get it again. :(
Quick to warm will promote swelling. I say leave him out unless you have a place only a little warmer.

Antidepressants for all. They're needed in this dreary winter. :hugs
I am already on maximum dose, have been for a long time. My brain just doesn't seem to get the chemicals it needs.
I run around turning lights on and hubby wants them off. It is like living in a cave!
He saw the new rabbits today. Just wanted to know what the mystery rabbit is. One person thought it might be a havana. At least he didn't complain about getting more rabbits.

I had a bird this year with bad frostbite on wattles. He had severe throat swelling. I almost brought him in but remembered past experiences... I suspect more swelling could have killed him!

Good thing you knew that Banty! I never treated any birds with frostbite in TN. Mostly minor any way.
