You guys, I lost one of my LF White Cornish chicks :hit

I only had 2.

It was the one I was thinking was a cockerel. I have a hanging feeder in the coop that clears the bedding by about an inch or so. Somehow, the bird got stuck under the hanging feeder and died. I think we need to move it up so it is at least an 3-4 inches off the bedding.

They are to good at getting where they shouldn't be.

My coop feeders are 5" above the bedding. I don't have chicks in there though.

Oh no! I’m so sorry. Sometimes they amaze me with the danger they can get themselves into!
