They are to good at getting where they shouldn't be.
My coop feeders are 5" above the bedding. I don't have chicks in there though.
It was a couple days old in the photo. I am afraid i have spoiled it. It peeps and i go stick my hand in and it jumps on. It likes to stay warm in my hair.That is IMPOSSIBLY tiny.

You’re living in my dream garden world.They have hit the 4' mark now and are setting maters on.
My peppers are very happy with the heat too. They are in half barrels. The butternut squash grew a full 6" in two days!
