Friends, let me tell ya..... with so many things going on... sometimes I don't know where to start or to end... kinda don't know my arse from my elbow lately.
1. Rearranging the pantry to fit a full bed, a small dresser and a telly in it, so my mom and the PIC aren't bunk mates for the *2 months* she's supposed to be visiting for.
2. Spending way too much $$$ to make the pantry into a pantry/guest room.
3. Spending way too much $$$ on a riding mower, bagger for said mower and a gas powered weed whacker, since the neighbors are moving and it's the oldest boy who mowed our lawn.
4. Spending way too much $$$ on a new washer dryer combo. Our washer *works*, but you have to slam the lid or it won't start washing, and it's not really big enough to handle our blankets. Our dryer *works*, but it takes over an hour to dry a regular sized load. Top this off with, we bought this set from an estate sale in 2005. It was time.
5. We've had almost NO eggs for a couple of months now, and we're not completely sure if it's because of egg eaters or the heat. We had a total of 7 this past week, and that's all.
That's about all.
The coolest thing just happened. Ya'll know I feed the crows right? Well I was turning the compost and crap kept falling out of the tree above my head. I ignored it for a while then I saw what fell...grapes! I looked up and my crow buddy was dropping grapes for me lol! Maybe she thought I was food hunting by turning compost I have no idea. But seriously how cool is that? I gave the grapes to Early btw.

I AM thinking of the children! They've got to learn how to hustle for bulk zipties somewhere.
Friday storytime, ok iv'e already outed myself as a keeper of weird stuff with my pork roll box we won't even start on my cardboard mustaches off the back of pizza boxes but my hoards are small and manageable. My dear hubs hoards..not so much. We have two properties one of which I hardly see so I don't know what goes on and frankly don't care. Well last night hubs comes in livid somebody complained about his "rubbish" and the county posted a notice....ooook? I'm like how much chit do you have over there hun? Ya'll 4 junk cars, a washing machine, a pile of steel taller than me, at least 20 car rims, 5 car radiators and a bright blue bathtub...omg...omg....omg! This is why right here is why husbands dissapear it really is! I'm embarassed and I don't embarass easily.
