21 this is the recipe I used, not sure what the pits would add? Might be worth a try.

I knew about the toxins. I was bothered by that quite a bit.

Definitely do not want bitter poison peach honey.

I peeled mine with a peeler so I ended up with a little meat on the skins. never missed it in the jam or the canned peaches.

I am blanching mine but can certainly spare some puree for the honey.
