Ya know...... For molting mine are still laying pretty well.
In the coop with 21 birds I got 14 today. That's better than when I had the nests full of furious fluffed up broody beasts.

A few look rough but many are finishing up the molt.
Poor Windy is full of pin feathers. She is not a strong bird. Ya know.....the ones you always expect to fall over dead.
She is one of the 2 remaining tow yard chickens. Millie is the other and although not laying is still doing well.
I have to special feed Windy. She doesn't hold weight if I don't. :hmm

Amen to the peri-wash suggestion, Stace and Suze! It's kinda early to be talking about vajayjay cleansing (NOT BEFORE 8 AM!! There's a rule somewhere, lol) but the healthcare Squatchers got it going on with that soft squeezy bottle, if you can find it anywhere! Even with a bum hand you can work that thing easily.

The bidet, yikes, that's like a tidal wave up your hooha, that would freak me out (those wacky Europeans!) but to each his own....

When I asked my DH about picking one of those peri squeeze bottles he said "where you'd hear about those?". I told him on BYC. He looked horrified and said " why on earth would that subject come up on BYC?". I told him that nothing is off limits with the Squatchers! He looked blankly and said "Apparently!" :lau:lau
 
Morning everyone!

Coffee and donuts in the kitchen.
It's an ibuprofen kinda day for me. Just a headache. Gonna kick its butt right away.

Lots to do as usual.

Going to be a nice sunny day again here mid 60's. I want to take Sable for a longer walk this morning.
She doesn't listen on walks but isn't horrible to walk. I want to get her trained better on leash.

Hubby is wanting another puppy. I have heard all week about him wanting a blue tick coon hound. I am not against it. Just not quite ready for another pup.
