Tonight it was almost full dark at 6:28 pm. Sunday it’ll be 5:28 pm
I don’t like this time of year honestly.

I am going to put a couple bright full spectrum lights in to chase away the blahs of winter.

I think these are what I will go with.

Spoiled/entitled people just tater me off.
The neighbor lady has a son about 26 years old. He moved back home with his ginormous dogs about a year ago.
Yes the aggressive dog and a ridgeback.
He's to lazy to clean up after them.
She is paying for a pooper service for HIS dogs.

Way to teach responsibility......not.

Rant over......I think.....

I own a poop scoop business. I have done it for two years. I have had the same two girls working for me the whole time. Rich people are generally lazy when it comes to things like that. My wife and I started it together with the maid service. We no longer do the maid service.

Hey Sammy.
So how many eggs is everyone getting right now? And how many chickens do you have of laying age?
I have 17 chickens...granted 1 is a Rooster and 6 aren't at POL yet, and I am lucky to get 2 eggs a day right now

I have 20 hens that are laying 4 to 6 a day and 33 more that are not old enough yet and 6 rooster/cockerel about to go down to 2 or 3 boys

Maybe you have possums too! I thought the girls were slacking and i found a second possum tonight, this time IN THE HOOP COOP. It is now a "good" possum!

Maybe right after winter solstice.

It depends on how far north you are. The days get longer faster up north

2 hens, and maybe 3 eggs per week. Gertrude is still molting in stages, she's finally losing the last section of old feathers, and Lizabeth hasn't been laying s much with shorter days. I'm not fussed, simply because I'm not in it for the eggs, as long as they're healthy and happy, I'm happy.
