Official Squatch Watchers

Thanks, he seems a little better today, if a little snot machine.

The weirdest looking mix I ever saw was a Corgi/German Shepherd. It had a GSD body, tail, and coloration with short little corgi legs and corgi shaped head (still with GSD coloring).
That does sound weird

Aw, so cute....:love

Dogs are the best. I love em. Hounds too. I've had three beagle mixes and I loved em all Not every breed is good for every person, but they all have their good points.

A lot has to do with the owners and how they treat/house them....annoying dogs often come from stupid owners who shouldn't have dogs. Just sayin'.

Who has a chihuahua? That was my first dog. He was very obedient, would heel off lead through a shopping center.
My little chihuahua is Spike. He's pretty good. Hates the cold of course so poops in the house sometimes. Hides it cause he knows better. Had trouble with him when the ex's mom lived with him for a little while. She thought it was funny when he growled and bit people. "He's so wittle and cute." No. He's misbehaving. I put a stop to that.

My sisters old neighbor had a corgi Shepard mix of some sort. Looked like a bobblehead. LOL

What happened was, I got an email from Amazon thanking me for changing my email (which I didn't do). They had some bogus email it was changed to. I couldn't even get into my account and when I called them they couldn't give me any information becuase it was truly changed.

Supposedly my pending order was canceled. So I set up another Amazon account and reordered it. Now today I am supposed to be able to get into my old account, but I still can't, and apparently my old order has shipped even though it was supposed to be canceled!

It's a huge PITA because I had to cancel all my automatic payments for all my bills and cancel all my credit cards. I still have to go to the bank today and get a new debit card.

Two things I learned--take heed!--

When you have Amazon, sign up for the Two-Step Verification, so this doesn't happen to you. It provides an extra layer of security by texting you a security code you have to enter every time you access your account.

Second, unlink any credit/debit cards from your accounts. I had all mine linked so it was easier to make payments (I do a taterload of online shopping!) ; however, it makes it easier to steal your info.

Hopefully this helps you guys not get hacked like I was.....
We are moving to two step verification at work. I like the idea of using it on Amazon!

They think possibly bursitis. Rest and an Rx Motrin, which i can't fill until tomorrow. Not supposed to use it. Like that is going to work.
one of the old peoples itises!

When I was a kid my parents raised St Bernards, pekingese, basset hounds and one whippet... My Grandma next door raised chihuahuas. She would get pneumonia every winter and I would take care of her dogs for a month while she was in the hospital. Guess which breed would bite me :rantTo this day I don't care for little dogs that move faster than I can react.

Ugh, I hate little bitey dogs. Their owners don't train them like dogs should be trained because they are little and "aren't that big of a problem". The owner of a barn where my sister used to keep her horse had a lot of dogs. One of those was a Westie that was possessed. The dog would come up to anyone who wasn't his owner and nip at their heels and bark at them like he was trying to herd them away. My sister said she could usually get the dog to leave her alone by staring it down and telling him to "GIT". One time however, she had her back turned and the dog tagged her heel from behind (she only had on flipflops because she hadn't put her riding boots on). She whipped around whipped her foot under the dogs belly and tossed him about 8 ft away. She didn't actually kick him, just threw him with her foot. The dog ran back to the house, crying the entire way. The dog never bothered her or anyone near her again.

We discussed the hound dog extensively as well as our other critters.

The decision was made to hold off for now. We have the lady's number and can get one in the future.

Our old guys are nearly 11 now and another pup might be to much for them.

I am a bit bummed but agree the old guys have to come first.

By the by I have only been bitten by one "dog" ever. It was a Chihuahua.

I do not like little nippy, yappy, twitchy dogs.
Not all little dogs fit that description just as not all big dogs are giant cuddle bugs.

Personality and disposition are very important.

I will just stick with training Sable and snuggling my giant old beasties for now.

So.......what's for supper? :D
