I really hope it is not internal laying. Her belly did not seem abnormal...

She has a very good appetite and is pooping. But is lethargic and was all fluffed up even though it was only in the 50s today. I brought her home with me. She will be living in my office until dad gets home

Yup it's either gleet or internal laying.

With the odor I would treat as gleet.
That also means isolating her during treatment.
A dog crate in the coop works. It is contagious by contact. To keep others from contacting her leavings or her bum isolation is needed.
No need to have others pecking her weird looking bum.

Just read she is isolated.


Mine that passed from internal laying had the goopy bum but no odor.
Nothing I could do for mine. I am that this gal clears up quickly for you.
