Good morning. We all slept pretty well and this morning is off to a slow start. Hubby feels like taters warmed over. We’ll be dropping Thing 1 off with my parents around 10 and heading out.

Mr Wizard recommends it as a natural deterrent for rodents. It smells like pine x 1000 so they can't smell predators hence they don't feel safe. If you put it around coop perimeter where it won't wash away easily it should drive them out and keep them out for quite a while.

I hope that doesn't mean he's gotten when Thing 1 had a few days ago.
 
The floor water.. they said it doesn't look like the neighbor's water heater is leaking this time, they think it is from my fridge b/c I had too much stuff in the freezer.. doesn't make sense to me b/c I've always been told to keep the freezer full in case of power outages. I moved some stuff to the deep freeze. The said the pan under it was dry so if that was the case, why wasn't it going into there? Either way.. I turned off the dehumidifier to see if it comes back. It feels damp, but not wet, so there's an improvement.

Klaus' comb was bleeding again last night. I had looked fine before that, but I guess I'm going to need to keep blu-koting it for the next while. She was doing well for the last week, then yesterday there was blood everywhere again. She's really enjoying car rides. I kinda wonder if she's doing it on purpose so she can be in the warm car and get treats. I checked her backside and the redness she'd had above her vent is all gone so at least that's improved.

Well guys, I'll be gone most of the day tomorrow. DH has a colonoscopy tomorrow and I'm his driver. He had to do a whole bunch of nasty prep work today. Fortunately, except for being hungry, he says it is better than the last time he had to have one.

I felt like shredded taters today. Bad heart burn, morning sickness (which I still seem to get if I don't eat often enough or get sick), and just generally tired and rundown. I got a nap, which helped a good bit.

In other good news, I'm more than half way there at this point and Thing 2 is technically in the survivable zone if anything happens. So, yay for that!

Could there be a roof leak?

Water finds it's own level--It will go to the lowest spot

I live in the basement & there's 2 floors above me. When the apt above me leaked it came through my ceiling. There's a gap in the wall between my apt and the one next door, but they checked there and didn't see any water. I'm hoping it is just the fridge. They said if they can't find it they'll have to tear out the wall to see where it's coming from.

I had a friend who had to go for one yesterday. She took today off work too.
