Unfortunately all true. He had to get sensitivity counseling on how to thank you someone without making them uncomfortable. "Your a life Saver" struck off my list of phrases to say.

Ok, truth, I've seen real harassment in my lifetime. We had a different way of handling it back in the 60's. Didn't involve judges or lawyers, but quite effective. My mom was the first female mail carrier in the modern postal system. We saw lots of issues, but back then they were dealt with differently. When her sixteen year old son beat one of her co-workers half to death, he got the message. And word went out.

Yes alot of harassment was handled like this
now days the wrong person would be in jail

Birds moved! My freshly cleaned car now smells like a zoo.

Yes that is actually poop on the back of my fold down seats.

But birds are safe and that's what's matters. I'm going to sleep walk through work now.

Transporting. Some bird and coop shuffling needs done but you can't exactly move coops with the birds in them. So moved them to temporary housing. Then I'll probably move them back. LOL

I once had chicken poop on the seat of my car while it was still newish. not fun.

Still really hard to see.

I did notice most of the pink tulips did not come up. I lost hundreds of tulips this winter.

I also have a black cornflower. It's really different looking.

That's sad....a lot of work planting tulips. How long had they been there?

Just 4 or 5 years. Some seem more delicate than others. If we stay warm and damp they rot. The ones I lost were my color changing and parrot tulips. I won't be replanting them. I may add some white ones since most of mine are purple. I lost about 200 out of a bed in front of the porch. Lots of empty space this year in that bed.
Those were not special to me. We found them under a giant evergreen Bush we removed. It was amazing they survived there. I don't know how old that shrub was but once moved they lived happily 15 years+ in the new location.

I will have to look up black cornflower. It sounds interesting.
I tend to lean toward plants with dark foliage or dark blooms.
Have you seen black lace elderberry? It is stunning!

Hey all, I need your advice. I think my buff Cochin is laying soft shell and/or shellless eggs. I have been sick lately and haven’t been as attentive to the birds as usual. Today I finally got to cleaning the poop trays and found two yolks patches. I think it was the buff because she as moving slow today and kept going in and out of the different boxes. But all she left when she was finally done was a wet patch

I gave her an epsom soak and some calcium. What else can I do???

I don’t think Marek’s would make her not eat. Marek’s usually shows as paralysis. You can have her tested for it.

Not eating I would say is stress.

That’s about it. If you think there is an egg stuck or broken in her you can feel for it. But giving her extra calcium is about the only way I know of to firm up egg shells.
