Harassment is something that needs to be taken seriously but is in the eye of the harassed. What might have me clutching my pearls and crying foul may not bother someone else.

That's what makes it even harder.
Yep, my friend told me I was overreacting when my coworker made that comment. Other people were like What?! when I told them about it, but it wasn't inappropriate in her opinion.

When it comes to harassment it all depends on the mindset of the complainer. A long long time ago when I was in officer training school one of my friends forgot to bring something (don't remember what) to class. Girl in the class had an extra what ever it was and gave it to him. His response "you're a real life saver" She filed a harassment complaint against him because lifesavers have holes. I get she was offended but who's mind was in the gutter?
Wow.

Birds moved! My freshly cleaned car now smells like a zoo.:sick

Yes that is actually poop on the back of my fold down seats.:lau

But birds are safe and that's what's matters. I'm going to sleep walk through work now.:th
For future reference. Old feed bags, cut along the side, make good coverings. I keep bunch of them just for stuff like that. I lie on one when I'm doing stuff in the coop and don't want to lay down in poop.

Very pretty Cappy. I have a black iris. Sounds ugly I know , but it's really pretty. I'll take a pic when it blooms
I had black irises years ago, never saw them bloom. Every spring my mom would go out and weed the flower beds and would rip off the top of my bulbs. I didn't find it out until they were moving. I thought the bulbs were long dead.. nope.

Good morning squatchers, I’m back from the sisters reunion.

Leaving again next week for daughter’s graduation.

Too many pages to catch up so I’m just going to pick back up here.

If I missed anything huge , someone please summarize.
Cappy has a new grandbaby!!!!!

Hey all, I need your advice. I think my buff Cochin is laying soft shell and/or shellless eggs. I have been sick lately and haven’t been as attentive to the birds as usual. Today I finally got to cleaning the poop trays and found two yolks patches. I think it was the buff because she as moving slow today and kept going in and out of the different boxes. But all she left when she was finally done was a wet patch :(

I gave her an epsom soak and some calcium. What else can I do???
1. treat or check for parasites
2. Give an egg booster vitamin
3. supplement with calf mana. feeding instructions are on the bag
4. free choice oyster shell calcium
5. Free choice grit
