Official Squatch Watchers

How are your numbers?

On the 9th I was at 421 at 8pm.
Yesterday and the few day before I have been in the low 220's to 250 both am and pm.

I know.....not good.....but HEY it's lower than it had been by a lot.

@apryl29 You seriously want to know where Lulu most likely picks up lice? Neighbor has a bird feeder that spills seeds and hulls on my side of the fence which brings birds a whole lot of birds.
Lulu likes to dustbathe in the hulls, nobody else does. Iv'e caught her sleeping in the hulls.
Iv'e asked ding dong to move the thing and he did....about 6 inches.
Iv'e also pushed it over, but it came back. So Lulu's drive to sleep and roll in bird garbage is the sole reason she's my lice machine. Iv'e investigated lol! :D
put sulfur down, it controls the lice/mites... where ever they dust bath

Really tired and worn out. I think I'm starting with prodromal labor (prelabor that can last for weeks) because I've been having a whole bunch of contractions that are more painful than braxton hicks, but aren't regular or as intense as normal contractions.
:hugs

Lordy, been outside for a good half hour trying to calm the kids down.
A green snake maybe a foot long about as thick as a pencil was on the pen.
Only had two that just absolutely freaked, those two derp boys. I had to put my hands on thier backs to chill them out. Little hens and Dick wanted to see if it was edible, but those other two...wow.
The boys are normally more nervous but those two are going to have a rough time if they don't toughen up a little.
I can't be running out making hand hens forever.:caf

Thanks Mol, I happened to have some out in the shed. No idea why I forgot it killed bugs. I know the chickens like to eat it pretty good, thats why it is in the shed lol.:)

Seriously, sometimes I look stuff up and it leads me to this site but old, old, stuff like 2011.
Anyways, i'm dumbfounded how the claws come out over sevin dust. Now I know it isn't the best, but to read some of those posts you'd think it was doom in a bag.
People get freaked out over the oddest stuff, full tilt freaked out.:gig

I know!

Sevin is fairly tame as a poison.

Here in California, it does not work on mites in some locations.

No kidding! It was the staple bug dust here when I was a kid. It went on the garden, the dog, the chickens and goats.
Iv'e got some insect killers that I am a little scared of but sevin dust is down there on the list.:)

Btw, I did put some sevin in the coop cracks, mainly around the nest boxes.
I shut the door so no rouge dust would go out and bother the bees.
Dust was old but there were a bunch of powder covered wasps in the bag so it still works.
Thats what I was looking up, does sevin expire. It does not.
Still not going bug crazy just stopping any problems before they start.:)

Oh no! Grumpy cat died! :(
