Luckily there has been this whole low carb craze that has created a few good items.
I have learned to make open faced sandwiches, or lettuce wraps. Many canned soups are good for a meal. Nuts and cheeses are good snacks.
I make lots of stir fry. Mostly frozen or fresh vegetables with just a dab of rice. Scrambled eggs can be added to beef it up.
You can have potatoes, but limit yourself to one baked one, and load that tato up with broccoli, cheese, and bacon if that's your thing.
Also cauliflower, and cabbage are good fillers.

Ok I know that won't work but it would be nice if it did.
You wanna really be sad look at serving sizes on ice cream.
If I "say" that I dislike an item maybe it won't be so bad for me....

We are doing lots of veggies.....lots and lots of variety and volume.
I asked my hubby if it is wrong to finally find the dressing in the salad bowl and get all happy about it.

Personal responsibility again I guess.I did like using lettuce as a wrap instead of bread till they started having a blitz of recalls on it.
