I wonder if that product works like bitter apple spray works on a dog....
Maybe. I'm just happy that it works & it's easy to apply. I was checking out Olive's butt last night & I couldn't see a bare spot. I'm sure she's feeling a lot better now too. Normally I'd have to give someone a swat b/c they'd kinda stalk her while she was ranging and then grab a feather, she'd squawk & I'd see the white one gobble up a feather. I haven't seen that happen since.

Good afternoon, i'm late but it rained for more than five minutes so I derped out.
Another morning of Henry doing his thing, it is so odd looking he's so little.
He's starting to do that walk that they all do, it reminds me of an old dude checking out a used car.
Other two still just giving him a lot of space in the morning, they want no part of whatever he's doing.
Husband stole and ate my breakfast this morning it was in the microwave had to make more.
Appauled does not cover it.
He still has no idea Bruce Lee is even here and has not missed those posts.:gig
@staceyj Good to see you back! :D
That's quite a visual and very accurate!

This batch of kids is too easy, around 7 they still just wait for their supper around the pen.
Every single one, no stragglers, no lollygaggers, no difficult children at all.
It just isn't normal. No intrest in roosting yet, so my baby pen is a bit funny looking.
Barb is very smart, she's learned climbing the ramp closer to my hands and face gets her extra bites. You can't not feed something that cute when she's looking you dead in the face.
That girl is probably going to be mucho trouble.;)
Can you put a branch or something in the the baby pen to encourage them to roost? Last year the chicks were roosting on the edge of the nest box in their confined space pretty early on. I was surprised that they caught on so quickly.

Good morning all. I haven't been on BYC for a few weeks. Did I miss anything exciting? Jackson my new puppy is doing great. Weve had him 2 and a half weeks now and only 3 accidents in the house so far. Hes a really nice boy. Smart and funny.

I also quit my job 2 weeks ago. I haven't felt this relaxed and happy in years. Stress has a funny way of sneaking up on you and anxiety does some weird things to your body. My DH was very supportive of me quitting and that made things much easier.

Hope you all are wellView attachment 1804217 View attachment 1804218 View attachment 1804219 View attachment 1804220
YAY for less stress. Your boy is getting so big!

:lau Time for "gasket free" here sometimes, but cereal his my guy's favorite thing to eat in the morning. To me that is not cooking, neither is Microwave popcorn, at which he is the hand's down expert!
I don't mind doing it, just common courtesy not to ask for stuff a toddler could make when I feel like crap.
That will get him a bowl of crappy cereal every single time. ;)

Lol, Henry was doing that "im going to kick the tires" walk around my feet yesterday, adorable if I didn't know the deal.
Not super worried about the roosting, they know how to get up there iv'e been watching them play on them all day.
Past few nights iv'e been popping open their pen before I close the coop so if they wanted to roost on anything they're free to do it.
Just letting them decide like the rest got to do luckily they have a net over where they're sleeping now so nobody is getting pooped on.:)

I don't mind doing it, just common courtesy not to ask for stuff a toddler could make when I feel like crap.
sounds more like he is controlling or needs attention than helpless.. gets you to wait on him even though your sick... he should be waiting on you
