When I first moved the birds to the new house B Pudding took to flying at me in the morning when I would go out. I'd hear the distinct flapping of wings trying to launch a bird they shouldn't carry then she'd hit me with a thud. From at least 10 feet away. Give me the stink eye for not catching her and squawk and saunter off.
Lol! Just living up to her name! I got it square in the side of the head, moved me a little bit he's alot of chicken!
I have taken a 10lb cock to the head and lived to tell the tale.:gig

Yes for the birds I shipped no for the rest. I don't have high hopes for the ones I held back.
Don't throw in the towel on them if they make it they'll be tough.;)

Don't feel sloth like. I am keeping busy, lowering my blood glucose, sweating my arse off.
I did put off the deck build......my giant rose bush will have to be moved. I refuse to just trash it when it is over 5' tall and wide. It blooms heavily all summer too.

I busted a driver throwing a package to my door from 20' away.
Me: I cannot believe you just threw that!
Him: It's only papers.
Me: Are you SURE?
Him: Yes.
Me: How do you know? Did you open it?
Him: NO!
Me: Then you DON'T KNOW! I assure you it is NOT papers and it IS breakable.
Him as he walked away: mumble curse mumble.
Me: Back at ya dear.

Last week I watched a different driver walk a package up and place it carefully behind my giant flower pot.
I went out and thanked him for his care of the package.
I'm going to feel slothy, glucose or no that is niiiice!:D

Oh, after over a month of trying to break Rene's broody I might have actually done it!
She came out with everybody this morning and has stayed out, so she needs to be left in the run to break.
Cage was a nope, booting off the nest nope, cool bath and belly ice nope. One day in the run, alone with food and water yes! She threw some really impressive fits but that is what she needed I guess.
Now I know she'll sit the whole time if I need her to so that is good to know.
Just know my derpy sisters @21hens-incharge and @CSAchook if your derps go broody you might have to get creative, the cage does nothing they fart in its general direction.:D

Did I detect a Month Python reference there?
:lau

I really need to get some pictures of my little Dip-n-Dot babies.
Dot has some impressive dots on her chest.

Yes indeed! There was alot of Monty Python thrown out over the course of a month.
Girl was stumping me, so dang determined not to mention incredibly angry all the time!
She'd only scream at me, it was a little bit scary.
And yes, Dip and Dot pictures are needed, after you get done with your pond of course.;)
I'm hoping Henry and Prince are good boys, was looking earlier they're gorgeous!
Both got Rene's wild woman feathers, and Prince has curls...CURLS! If they're butts i'll be sad. :p

You were worried for nothing! Going to start calling you broody Bob. :D
All 71 made it there alive and well. They seem to be doing just fine in the brooder. :wee
I did take a good look at Dick today as well. I thought the boy was clean legged but not quite. He has one feather on each outer toe, just one.
He's actually quite fancy.;)
