I can relate.
Took three days to clean the coop, not trying to take three days but between dodging laying hens and hubs it took three days.
Need to mow.
Need to clean inside, full sweep every room.
I'm tired just listing it all.:th
So freaking much to do. :th

I need to mow, do laundry, fix that mess in the kennel, clean inside, pick up my workshop, clean coops, and more.

Yeah not all that can happen today. :hmm

My motivation meter is still on the "low" reading. :tongue

Ok I have a "save that tree" plan.

I have cattle panels!
I am going to run them across the kennel blocking access to that section of the kennel.
I have a cut cattle panel I will use as a "gate" so I can let the old guy in there as well as maintain that part of the yard.

I will still fix that ground.
I will likely haul in more pea gravel too but not today.

Yup going with "no tree for you, or you, or you".

I didn't even have to show hubs the damage. When I said 4" root he was like well no tree for them then.

I have hit the "WHY DOGS WHYYYYYY!?!" part of the day.

:barnie:barnie:barnie:barnie:barnie:barnie:barnie

I started the sheets in the washer. Brought the idiots in. Bedroom door closed at this point.
I took the weed eater around the kennels. I come back in to find Sable and Tilly completely shredding the mattress topper.

:he:he:he:he:he:he:he:he:he

Jack opens doors.
I guess he wanted his bed and those two turds had a go at mine. :(

Now to go buy another blankety blanking topper.
:barnie

All this carp
The fighting, the destruction of random things, the tree digging, the ticking me off all started AFTER having Sable spayed. Coincidence? I think so but it is so frustrating.

I am up too.
Everyone is released into their yards. Broody butts have been kicked out of nests.

I will be hauling dirt again. :th
The dogs have decided the big tree in the kennel needs excavated. :hmm

The plan.... Fill holes with screened top soil, leave dogs inside and get big arse pieces of flagstone, cover at least 5' every direction with flagstone.
Did I mention my dogs are big?
Yeah that means the holes are big too. :(

Oh and we will be close to 100° today. :he
Stay hydrated!

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. That's enough. The cats enjoy throwing everything on the floor. The pup keeps me busy running in and out. The big dog treed a bear yesterday!

Packing to move, found little shoes from first kid. Second kid, no keepsakes!
I kept the little crocheted hat, wristband, and crib card for each of my girls and made a small shadow box that's on the wall above the tv. It's nice to have stuff out so you can see it and not stuffed in a box until someone moves or dies and it gets drug out.

Yes and no. I’m more flexible without the baby bump in the way but I’m really sore so walking is more painful and I waddle more than I did when I was pregnant.
Do you have a sitz bath? If not, I'd really suggest it, esp if you ended up w/ stitches. I assume you got the same 'no baths' lecture I did, but for some reason they said a sitz bath was ok.. it was really nice for what it was. There's some postpartum ice pack pads DIYs online, but you could just take a small sandwich bag, fill it about 1/3 & freeze it sitting upright, then when it's frozen, take it out of the bag, wrap it up in some paper towels & tape on ends (it should look like a burrito) and put it where you need it. The paper towels should absorb the water as it melts and the ice will help w/ swelling. They gave me those when I was in the hospital w/ my youngest and they were amazing.

I have up on ANY outside work today. We are already over 90°.

I did get a new topper.

I have also ordered the idiot dogs to the sofa and chair with the well understood command to lay and stay.

I suppose I can do the housework.
:rantAbout zero help around here....ever. :rant
We're supposed to hit 90 today for the first time. I'm probably going to buy a bag of ice to toss in the chicken water container.. I wish Loki would break and go outside b/c it's wayyyy to hot for her to be in the coop. :(

I am going to cut up the watermelon for the chickens, it is too hot here today as well.
