Just got the call back from the vet. No parasites.

They said they can euthanize if I need them to.
A bird her size $50.

So sorry. It doesn't matter what kind of pet it is, it's always hard.
That's what I paid to have Jaiden euthanized. Then I think another $40 to have them dispose of her b/c it was January and there was no way I'd be able to bury her and I didn't want to risk storing her in the shed until the ground thawed. They did give me the option to take her home though.

Found out that the tiny human's eeg is normal both awake and asleep so there's no signs of epilepsy. I've already got her an appt w/ a counselor in 2 weeks so we'll see what happens with that. Hopefully it'll help her figure out what the problem is & how to deal with it.

And the giant human's friends accidentally threw away her retainers the other night when they all went to McDonald's and by the time she realized it they were closed. She called the dentist yesterday and the told her they'd be $160 each... so she has just learned a very expensive lesson.
