for the flock losses. DD#2 lost two of her rat girls yesterday. Both were almost 3, which is decent for typical domestic rats. They were sisters, Emily and LisaLisa.

I am so sorry. Pleas give her my condolences. I am sure they had a lot of love and care lavished on them in those three years.

That is a decently long life. Still stinks to lose them.
Rats can have pretty neat personalities. I am sure your kiddo is going to miss them.

It’s such a shame that rats don’t live that long. They have really great personalities. The domestic ones seem to have a horrible propensity towards cancer because they are so often used in experiments. I’ve heard it’s even gotten out to wild rat populations.

Good morning! It is so derpy out there lol.
The littles are all running around like goobers, chest bumping and trying to jump on each other.
Poor Bob stuck out there in it and he dosen't move now, snapping my fingers over his head won't even budge him.
Barb jumped on him, if ya'll new derp moms haven't seen it derps just jump on stuff both feet at once it is weird and they all do it.
Bob is o.k

So far my Derps have only jumped on each other.
I am going to have to start roost training them. Bitty abandoned them without teaching that skill.

Poor Dot is still very lost. Dip is a very dippy derp.

Puppy proofing is beginning here. Since there will be 6 big dogs when my son's dog comes home in January I want the tv up on the wall and the tv stand gone. Floor space will be important.

I picked up several new toys at TSC as well as the ones on order so that should keep them all busy.

Hubs will have to learn to pick his shoes up or pour drool out.
