2 8oz packs of cream cheese
2 eggs
Half cup whipping cream
2tbs corn starch
1tsp vanilla
Three quarter cup of sugar
3 bananas
Blend until a pudding consistency.
Crust is whatever cookie you can beat to death and put in your pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 min then turn down to 200 and bake for 90 min.
Let cool then chill in the fridge.
Obviously it can be tweaked to personal taste.:)

I will have to try this!
We love cheesecake. We just have to do small servings after a very low carb dinner.

We are learning what we can handle and timing seems to be key. :D

Mmmmmmmm....cheesecake!

:fl No losses since Thursday. :fl
I spent yesterday chickening ALL day! I'm certainly feeling it but I got so much done. And actually got to enjoy hanging out with my birds.

Burbs are all up and fed.

Dip impressed me last night. I went to shoo her into the coop but she was already in and ON THE ROOST.
:celebrate She is learning!

It is 8:20am. I, the birds, and 3 of the dogs are the only ones up. :hmm

I have been up since 4am. Half the day is already gone!
I hope these sleepy heads remember I plan to do laundry and work on the second table.
