Official Squatch Watchers

I saw something hilarious and terrifying today....derp broody fight.
Lulu's hormonal side is bear, Tucks puff growled one little time in her direction and sh*t got real.
Girl derp sprinted no warning, grabbed neck feathers and proceeded to shut her up.
I honestly had no idea....do now though lol!
@21hens-incharge I can only hope and pray that Dip and or Dot are your first broody beasts this year.:fl:lau

Nope not yet! :yesss:
I did get mildly growled at by one of my Aussies....but she was on the roost so nope!
I think my communal nest broke Bitty's ever broody tendency. She IS laying a couple times a week. Her egg shells are super thin and Peanut tends to eat them. At her age I am amazed she lays at all.
The waddle tots being in the main coop are likely upsetting the broody bunch of Aussies enough to keep them from going nutty on me.

Mine are broody, but all 5 of them just pile in the same box! No fighting that I have seen, but they will steal eggs.

This was the first "serious" aggression toward another one i'd seen.
Usually they do just pile up and steal eggs lol.

@21hens-incharge I know you have tried lots of mask patterns. Is there one that you found particularly easy to resize or that is just larger overall? I am going to try making a couple masks for DH but he has a large head and a beard and likely won't fit a "one size fits all" standard pattern. Any help appreciated!
