Official Squatch Watchers

Oh man, I can only hope the rain will stop. Hubby kills the carpenter bees because they drill holes in our log cabin. Then the dog eats them!
I need to figure out how to kill them without poison, or at least something that won't drift.

I get it that they do damage.....but here....very rare if even present. :(

It is hot, dry, hot etc here.
I HAVE to mow and weed eat the back yard. Hubs has the breeder we got River from coming by tonight. Like I am not extremely busy or anything.

Yay a thunderstorm, a big, fat juicy one too!
Going to be a baby step process on staying dry, im almost taking it as a challenge now lol. :)
Sorry but more on the way.... Just left here. And there's another heading here tomorrow. I'm so tired of mud.
There are a million and one designs but this one seems pretty easy...
Thanks. I'll try that one too. I feel like I have a never ending supply of them. and the approach used by the bug people is just not something I can do. I did watch a youtube vid where they found each and every hole sprayed it with poison and plugged it. That seems doable until you take into account the size of my deck. ARG!

We get loads of those carpenter bees, they are always hanging around the house. This year we get cicada bugs too!

Are you going to get the 17 yr. cicadas Cap? Those we get in the millions and their noise is deafening. I can't remember when they last came. I think sourland had some fairly recently.

Thankfully I got "tree Zilla," taken down - that baby had tons of them during the last attack.

Yes, the cicadas are here...along with the June bugs! It's icky out there. Hoping the chickens will eat them .

Good morning Bob. :frow

Have an awesome day!

As soon as I find my giddy up I will have a BUSY day. Gotta get that human door and duck door built then pool installed. I need about 30 1x3' boards for windows, frames, and trim. It took me 3 stores to get all the parts for the pool drain.

:frow Good morning Henny, have a great day. You'll have to show us your design for the pool.
