Good..a couple more coons over the weekend.
Had 10 chicks hatch out .,.. none of shipped , no surprise after the PO broke 3...had to cull one that was going downhill
Set 15 more of Steve's eggs, not getting many from that pen 4 are broody in there
I have 8 broodies and with the heat what they are sitting on probably won't hatch

Oh I thought it wouldn't be successful after last year's shipped eggs... but I had to try LOL. I feel bad wasting eggs when I knew this likely

:hugs and have the best day that you can today. It doesn't have to be the best day ever, just the best you can for today. After that, it's sleep and repeat. It doesn't matter if today is better than yesterday, or tomorrow, you're not comparing it against any other day, past or future. It's not a competition, just a goal that you can work to achieve, even when everything else goes wrong.

John, I don't know why, but I feel like Sue might need this little tidbit of encouragement. :confused:
