Speaking of chicks . . . here are some! Barred Hollands from @rjohns39 are 4 weeks old today. I think the front chick is a cockerel.

My quail look like they are ready to go outside any day now. Can't believe how fast they grow. Already getting feathers in on their heads.

Yesterday and today when I wake up, before I open my eyes, it feels like the room is spinning. Monday night I had one "truly" hard seltzer has 3g. Carb .. I usually have one when I talk to my brother on the phone Mon nights.
All day my equilibrium is off. Mainly when I get out of the chair or bend over.
Yesterday Resting BP 107/77
pulse 57
Today 109/77 pulse 56
I thought maybe needed food or water. No difference
Took an allergy pill yesterday .. no difference
Ears don't seem to be plugged

Mo, Do you have a glucose meter? When my sugars are high I feel like crap. I recall you getting a pre-diabetic A1C a while back.
In the mornings in particular my readings are high. Apparently the liver releases sugars just before we wake up. Might be worth knowing what they are. They may be fine and that can rule out diabetes.

Did you try hot moist compresses? I find that can help.

I was thinking about that too.. I never got a glucose meter. Guess I need to think about getting one

My reli-on routinely gave me numbers 10 points higher than my sugar really was. It’s good enough to see if you are having issues though.

I have an Accu-chek instead. I really like it.
