Everyone is in bed by the time I get on here, which is usually around 9 or 10 West coast time. Sometimes later.

We are West Coast time, but I run on chicken time. Fun watching them decide to roost or not! By 9 or 10 it is lights out here.

I sifted the derp pile and woke everybody up don't think anybody was a fan of me doing that at all.

Good Morning! Looks like I am working on the weekends and get the week off, new people checking into our guest house today. Just for the weekend, and for next weekend, too. Anyone know a great way to get the perfume smell to go away? Our last people, only the second time we have done this, had some perfume smell in the bathroom that seems to keep lingering! Tried Lysol spray, just waiting with the windows open and the fan on, last was Fabreeze, which I think is almost worse than perfume. Suggestions from any perfume challenged people here? I really would like to make it a fragrance-free zone, but I probably would not get any guests. I would rather smell dog than that perfume!

Put an open dish of vinegar out on the counter. That soaks up stinky smells.

Good morning all. I hatched 9 more guineas and 3 Cornish over the last few days. I toe punched the guineas I want to sell to tell them apart from my hatchery guineas.

Wondering with my mystery egg is.
It's a bantam by it's size but bigger than the D'Uccles. It's the same lightly tented color and for what it's worth a somewhat fat egg.
I know it's useless until it hatches and maybe until it's half grown lol. But still curious.
