Not sure if today can get more scary than last night. But it also couldn't have had a better ending. (Maybe a little but not much)

I was at work with a few min left on the clock so I thought I would look in on the chickens. I leave for work earlier on Monday and Thursday and with the time change had left their door open as they were still outside. That will not be happening again!
I turned the sound on the video off so the screaming of expletives isn't heard. But I can assure you I was screaming them into the microphone so they could be heard in the coop. He didn't care.
By some miracle everyone is ok. The 6 mature boys got a talking too about being more vigilant but everyone survived.
It was the longest drive home at the fastest speed ever traveled. I sent reinforcements ahead but the intruder was gone. For 2020 this is some divine intervention as even on a normal day I've had trouble keeping birds alive. (Only way it might have been better was if I had a new hat)

How did the trash panda get in? Glad he just wanted feed, first at least

OMG!!!OMG!!!OMG!!!

I'm amazed you found plexiglass! Stuff is like gold around here.
I ordered online, already cut to the size I want. It was pricey but less pricey than replacing books.

 glad everyone is ok. Are you allowed to use paw traps? Do you know when hunting season is? I recommend the Duke Dog proof traps. If you bait them for a while without setting you'll have no problem catching the stinker.

Goodwill takes any used crap, no matter how dirty, or disgusting, except used husbands. There's not even a swap meet for trading used husbands. Even the show is called Wife Swap. Nobody would sign up for Husband Swap.
:lau :lau:lau
I have always wondered that. I refused to watch it until the equivalent came out.

And Super expensive! Our district bought enough of the stuff to build a whole bunch of light boards. Apparently that’s better than white or black boards??

Looks like their guardian angel was on duty, finally. :hugs

Good afternoon!
Iv'e had a pleasant albeit cold start today so far.
I patched the fence decently enough to let the big kids run loose, they aren't as adventurous as the littles so a bit wonky is fine.
Tiny terrors are still in the run, honestly with Homer being the sleeping beauty she is im O.K with that.
I reconfigured it so the bigs have coop access so now my lovely round run is more of a bean shape.:)

Omg, I got that "ugh" feeling watching that!!
Im so glad everybirdy is safe and sound!
