I had a For Better or Worse comic strip on my fridge for years. It showed the mom doing lots of things and the last panel showed the house in complete disarray with the comment “on the days I do the most it looks like Ive done the least”

I run the vacuum, and floor scrubber after the grands have gone to sleep. The entire time they're asleep, my floors look great. Then they wake up. There go my clean floors.....
