Not thick really, but very sticky and patchy. I dont have goo gone, but am wondering about just plain oil, lol

I use WD40 to remove adhesive at work. I will say it stinks and would get into the wood you are wanting to paint making the paint not stick.

The pic doesn't show how bright they actually are but it'll do. The strips she used in the video aren't available and I cannot find any close enough so I went rogue. I couldn't find an orange I liked but hope it works without it.

Super simple no thinking involved project. I need one of those.

You can always dust a little talcum powder on the sticky spots. That won't remove the goo, but with help stop it from being sticky.
