Omg, the stories I have and some are insanely embarrassing....well most are I can't lie.
Oh, and yeah I'm still knee deep in derps amongst other things because I'm super good at collecting orphans...who knew right?
Jerry is still Jerry, still have little Homer ... honestly I've still got everyone plus a few.
Chickens have had zero problems, but probably because I've been hogging them all for myself.

Got some new shoes last night. Theyre pretty comfy. Still not selling any babies . Fairs coming up but I guess everybodys set? Oh well. I might havesomeone thatll get them for meat.

What kind if shoes? I'm 87% sure I'm getting plantars fasciitis. The cheapo shoes I got from Walmart aren't cutting it.

Well I've learned a lesson, those beyond meat plant based hamburger patties are not anything to eat before you go to bed.
Don't get me wrong, they're really good but they'll blow you up like a hot air balloon.
Sounded like a bear farm.
Bad thing is I've got like eight more in the bag and I'm going to eat them, I'm not a food waster.
Poor old hubs kept running back here asking if I called him or said anything.
I said nope every time, no way I'm fessing up to a moose call with that kind of carrying power.
He probably thinks we have ghosts now.
I'm likely over sharing but y'all know that is just what I do, kinda involuntary.

Probably The extra money is very nice though, but not at the expense of my sanity. I do like not having to be home getting irritated at hubs constantly though. Its a toughie.

Did you see next week though? At least on our end its going to be a repeat of this week.

My work is hiring! Idk of it fits your schedule, but we are also opening a new branch in Brimfield area in the next year, plus a bookmobile. They're still interviewing for other positions too since we're increasing hours. https://portagelibrary.org/employment

Had my own hell. Oldest started college last fall. She had a huge breakdown, thought she had leukemia. Hurt herself in rowing. Depressed bc her boyfriend ghosted her. Lots of carp. Got that squared away and then at the beginning of December their dance teacher died from sepsis. I took her to the hospital. I left when I thought she was ok and being treated & she had a massive heart attack in the middle of the night. We're all still recovering from that. Most of the spring was a blur. Work, dance stuff, school stuff, chickens.
So your hubs managed to take care of all the chickens while you were sick? What happened to Bob the squirrel?

Yeah he took care of them, did about half what I normally do and acted like it killed him.
Bob the squirrel is still very much alive and well.

Are we all out of the heat wave now? That was super unnecessary. It got so hot it set off the fire alarm at work so we got to stand outside in it. Good times. Kids are both working now. Still haven't found a car for the older one so I've been taking her. The younger one is staying her dad so they're taking her to work... for some stupid reason she got a job 1/2 hr from home. Smh. Birds are good, been working on making William an Instagram star. It's taking a lot longer to get rich and famous than expected. Pretty sure there was a bobcat in the woods last Saturday. 3 of us heard it, but never saw it. And a lady I work w who lives near my dad had a blonde raccoon in her backyard yesterday am! Someone nearby has also seen foxes. I need to get a new trail cam. I'm just hoping they all stay away from my coop.
