Hi everybody :frow

Was a bit busy today. Mowed most of the lawn. He went battery, so i run out of juice and need to wait til its charged to keep mowing. Yes, we have two. However, i just realized theyre lower amps so it would be a good idea to get a higher amp one. Ran the weedwhacker til my wrist said No Thanks. Made more iced tea. 🤔 well, it felt like i did a lot anyway. I did manage some downtime while waiting on the batterIes. I laid in my hammock and read Backwoodsman magazine. A guy at yoga gave me quite a few old issues. Its an interesting magazine. Not too prepper-ish, just stuff on living like the old days. Notice I didnt say Good, 🤣. I may be “young” but i certainly know what its like to go without. And not just name brand clothes and shoes. Food, electric (not usually), water, t.v., etc.
🤞hopefully🤞 getting the floor put in the bedroom tomorrow. Its been pushed back several times. I really want my room back 😩.
I cannot get the curtain rod hung properly! The middle goes crooked and on one side, the anchor went straight through! Ugh! Now I have to try to get it in further away i guess, making it uneven. Blech! Any ideas? 🥺

What kind of anchor are you using?
 
Good morning all. T Storm with a tornado came through. I was feeding birds just before dawn, because I knew a storm was coming. Phone started going crazy with tornado alerts. Skipped checking traps 😂.
Started raining about 10 minutes later when I was in the house. Tornado was up when it went a couple miles from me. Half inch of rain in 10 minutes, 9 tenths so far of much needed rain. I don't have any storm damage but tree down on Rd a few miles away. Lots of power outages. More storms this morning and late afternoon.
