Is there just a good all around wormer that I could use? I simply can not afford another vet bill now! My dog has to go back! She said she thinks he has cushing disease. So, I'm probly looking at another grand just for the test! Help! I can't do all of this at one time.

I like Valbazen as a wormer. It treats most chicken worms with one dose of 1/2 ml and then you should repeat it in 10-14 days to get the worm larvae. For more exact dosage if you have bantams or large roosters, give 0.08 ml per pound. Many stores sell it, but not TSC. Safeguard Liquid Goat Wormer is less expensive, more available at most feed stores and dosage is 0.25 ml per pound orally for 5 straight days.

Wazine 17 is a wormer used in the water for 24 hours to treat only roundworms.

Ideally, it is good to get a fecal test to see what types of worms are seen. They can cost $40 although the price varies. Many vets will not do them without seeing the chicken, or at all.

I was wanting to see the eyeballs.

I took the old girls out on the deck this afernoon. They seemed to enjoy it. Just 15-20 minutes, I don’t want Bertha to get chilled. It seemed like summertime! It got up to 45* today! I can’t believe how you get acclimated to different climates. When I go to Tn, This last time I didn’t even wear a coat, just sweaters or a light jacket.

I wanted to update everyone that’s been helping me. Here are pics I took while outside.
I have a question? You can see their toes in the pics, how can you tell where the qiick is? I want to trim all or my girls toe nails, so they don’t turn out like this poor old girl! How could they have got in this bad of shap? Is it caused by neglect? Or is this bumblefoot? There are some better pics of their eyes too!

I don't see bumblefoot signs but the nails really could use a cut.
Just cut a tiny bit at a time.
