Doing good. I've been letting the LF gang out late the last few days to try and minimize coyote exposure. So far no more attacks. Your pups are freaking adorable! Looks like they are getting along great too.

I'm glad you haven't had any other attacks. Predators suck.

The pups are getting along really well. I think Cosmo likes having a buddy to pal around with. He's already so much bigger than when he got here a little over a week ago, it's bizarre. We weighed him last Thursday and he was 16 pounds. Today the vet came out for his next round of shots and he's 19.5 pounds. He gained 3 pounds in a week! So crazy.

My chicks are getting so big all of the sudden. Five week old now and I'm loving the chocolate cuckoo patterning on my orpington girls. I've never had a cuckoo bird before and I must say I'm impressed.

I've been busy today altering the original duck brooder. I built a divider, added a ceiling at 3' high, chicken wire walls, elevated dust bath, elevated shelf with with feed tray, platform for water... and... oh yeah. A 12" T5 fluorescent light on the same timer as the rest of the room. I also added a heat plate to the duck side.

I officially have no chicks in the house!
