That would not be any fun at all.
 
That's about 3 hours from me... You're likely more familiar with my geography than I am. I'm a transplant, been here about 4 years.

Wife and I spent 10 years looking for our dream retirement place, had a map of the US with Red X's all over it... Came here on vacation, stopped by a friends place just up the road and fell in love with the area. So after deciding that this was the area we wanted to be in, went home and started getting the old house ready to sell, while saving every penny we could to put together a down payment. Came back two years later and drove our realtor crazy over two weeks looking at houses and properties... Found this place and just went for it...
